Dia Wilson is 5 star in every category. She was invaluable with advice as we traveled the rocky road of whether to get a mortgage (or not), and stuck with us through the entire process beautifully. She also made it very easy to deal with all the paperwork - anticipating deadlines and possible snags. She's also very nice to deal with, and quick to respond to phone calls and email. Dia is a GREAT Real Estate agent. She always answered her telephone and addressed our questions when they came up. She sent very attractive postcards and sold the unit within a month. WOW what an agent.

Do not confuse this written review of Dia's team as a canned, feel good review. Dia and her team demonstrated a level of due diligence that my words can't do justice. Multiple sales fell through and Dia acted with the same enthusiasm as she did in my very first phone call with her. She was absolutely relentless in her pursuit of clients to purchase my home. I don't live in the same state as Dia and she put together the entire sale and made it look easy and appealing to each prospective buyers. At one point, I couldn't locate deeds for my property and Dia went over to my home and spent a full day and manufactured the deed and saved me $7 to $10 thousand dollars! It was truly unbelievable. What agent does that? EVERY meeting that I had with Dia was one honesty, dignity, respect and empowerment. She will never give up and will definitely sell your home. I feel fortunate to have met her and any property transaction I have in the future belongs to Dia because of the blind faith I have in her
